Our studio has no gym memberships which allows you to get healthy and learn in a more semi-private setting. Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle toning or building muscle, we help monitor your progress and make the appropriate adjustments to help you achieve those goals. We also help you to be accountable and responsible for achieving your goals and we help you learn how to be healthy for the long-term. Our program design will provide you the roadmap you need when working with us in your personal training sessions and, more importantly, what you need to do when we are not working together. Whether you workout at home, in a gym, at work or travel, we provide you with the tools to be successful. Our services are honest, simple and effective. We will take you through an initial fitness assessment, discuss your goals and create a customized plan just for you.

April Ockington
April is a Certified Master Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. She has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and as a lifestyle coach. April has dedicated her life as a health and wellness advocate helping clients become active, informed participants in their health care focused on fitness, nutrition, stress management, preventive care and staying fit.
Jim Ockington
Jim is a Certified Master Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Sports Nutritionist. He also has over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Jim has over 15 years experience as a martial art instructor as well with black belts in the following disciplines: 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Hapkido and a 4th Degree Black Belt in Bill “Superfoot” Wallace’s System.
Brittany Rush
Brittany is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. She has been a personal trainer at large, national fitness centers - Fitworks and Bally's. Brittany's degree in Exercise Physiology gives her extensive knowledge in body mechanics. Her favorite part about her job is seeing her client's achieve their goals and see results.
Nicole Zele
Nicole is a Certified Personal Trainer and interned under BODY 4 U for over a year. She has established a goal to excel in the field of personal traning. She has put her skills and experience into commiting and achieving effective results. Her ambition coupled with the ability to motivate and lead is helping clients understand technique and achieve the results they strive for. She provides encouragement and feedback on an ongoing basis. She is a results oriented leader with excellent skills in instructing, guiding and motivating and the clients love it!
