April and Jim; 

Well, here I am 15 months later. The results I’ve achieved have been outstanding!  The customized programs and assistance with nutrition has helped me continue to make progress towards my ultimate fitness goal. As of today, I’m 27 pounds lighter; my waist size is down by 6 ½ inches and overall body fat is down by 25%.  More importantly, I have achieved a lifestyle change dramatically. While on this program I never felt like I was “dieting” but my diet has changed for the better. My overall nutrition habits have vastly improved but I still get to enjoy a few glasses of wine, pizza, and other of my favorite foods. Exercise whether it is cardio or resistance training always fits into my schedule since it is a part of my everyday routine.  What started as my goal to get in shape has transformed into a lifestyle change. I appreciate your help!
I’m still not done. A few more mountains to climb to achieve my overall goal; I know I can count on you to help me get there!

I couldn’t wait to check it out.  I know April and Jim personally and have always been impressed with high level of commitment to physical fitness and nutrition.  Since starting with BODY 4 U, April has really pushed me beyond what I thought I could do in a short period of time.  I’m losing weight, gaining strength and my self-confidence has really improved.  I have also learned how to recognize the difference between healthy food and bad food from the diet information April has provided as part of the program.  I really look forward to the future here at BODY 4 U as I know my progress will continue to improve.  I would definitely recommend BODY 4 U to anyone who is interested in losing weight, gaining overall fitness and learning about nutrition!

I would like to thank April, Brittany and Jim for all of the personal attention and motivation that they have given me.  I have been going to BODY 4 U since August, 2009 and the results have been great!  My weight and % body fat are both down.  I feel stronger and I am probably in the best shape I've been in since high school.  Thanks guys, you're the best!  If you have been thinking about starting a fitness program but need that little boost, call them up and talk with them.  You won't be sorry.   Thanks for everything!

First of all, I would like to let everyone know that joining BODY4U is the best thing I ever did!  When I started about 2 1/2 years ago, I was not in very good shape.  I struggled to do two sets of leg presses with 90 pounds.  Today, I am doing three sets at 570 pounds.  I could barely bendh press 50 pounds and now I am benching 150 pounds.  My % body fat is down by 30%.  When you work out at BODY4, it is different than working out at a big gym.  Here you are not just a membership fee.  The trainers know you and adjust whatever they need to in order to maximize your progress, including not only weight training but cardio and mutrition coaching as well.  April and Jim truly care about their clients, but the best part about working out here is that you don't feel like a client.  You feel like a friend.  I totally recommend that you come in and talk with them.  I'm glad I did.
